Management Coordinator

Reporting directly to executive leadership, the Executive Management Coordinator provides direct leadership support while managing the daily program functions for both internal and external business..

The EMC  must be creative, positive, enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment with a knack for real estate, marketing, and new trends.  

This  results-driven, motivated by empowerment, and customer oriented candidate will be the initial point of contact for our clients and should possess a deep desire to deliver optimum customer service experiences.  This position will manage projects from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Idealize and manage workshops with partners for product company services introductions..

  • Provide correspondence and outreach materials to employees and partners.

  • Assist with onboarding new clients and internal associates.

  • Develop and manage a database of employees and partners.

  • Coordinates company events.

  • Oversees budgets and financial reconciliations.

  • Handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion.

  • Manage special projects for the Founder such as market and partner research, event opportunities, etc..

  • Supports leadership and handles administrative tasks as needed. 

  • Represents the brand at industry events.

  • Completion of weekly/monthly reporting. 

  • Responsible for crafting professional and concise email communication 

  • Answers incoming calls with a high level of professionalism 

  • Educates clients on company services and products. 

  • Manages CRM database.

  • Drafts Service Agreements for authorized signature 

  • Maintains  invoices and seeks proper approval for payments 

The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. This candidate is savvy and understands entrepreneurship and has a strong desire to empower people. 

Requirements

  • Some college coursework completed is preferred, but not required. 

  • Must be able to utilize and manage Apple based products.

  • An extensive working knowledge of Google products with an ability to manage a shared drive.

  • Must be open to minimal travel. 

  • Must be reliable and able to report on time. 

  • Must possess a high level of productivity and business acumen.

  • Ability to use Google Docs and productivity apps. 

  • Ability to work remotely while maintaining high productivity. 

  • A working knowledge of the Slack platform 

  • A strong goal-driven personality 

  • Understands the importance of streamlined customer experience and able to follow processes
